Registration

The registration fee is payable with application (Non-refundable - see #8 Below)

Policies

All fees, excluding athletic fees, are to be included with the first tuition payment. Parents may elect to pay their tuition in full (due on August 15th) or twice (due on August 15th and January 15th). Also a ten-month plan is available as outlined in #3 below.

1. For parents who elect to pay in full by August 15th, a 2% discount will be given.
2. Parents who elect to pay twice (on August 15th and January 15th) are given a 1% discount.
3. On the ten month plan, 1/10th of tuition plus registration must be paid by August 15th. Payments of at least 1/10th of tuition are to be made by the 15th of each month up to and including May. A $25.00 late fee will be applied if payment is received after the 25th of the month.
4. After an amount is 30 days past due, removal from school will be considered and an immediate revised payment plan must be agreed upon.
5. A $100 discount will be applied to the tuition account of currently enrolled families for each new family that enrolls under the "sponsorship" of the current family.
6. Tuition charges of a student withdrawn will be prorated on the basis of the number of days the student was enrolled in the school.
7. Tuition charges for a child admitted to the school during either semester will be prorated on the basis of the number of days that the student is enrolled during the school year.
8. The registration fee is non-refundable unless the child is refused, in which case one half will be refunded, the remainder to be applied to the cost of processing the application.
9. There will be a $25.00 service charge for any check that is returned to the school for insufficient funds.
10. Report cards and records will be withheld at the end of each marking period for any students having a past due account for any charges. No transcripts or diplomas will be granted to any student with a past due financial account. This may include tuition payments which are due in May.
